When the design phase of your project is done, we then guide our clients through the working drawings, which are the steps that need to be taken for the thorough design of every aspect of the new space. This includes architectural and structural details, electrical and mechanical plans, selection of all materials, appliances, fittings and fixtures…an overwhelming task made easy by our seasoned staff. We also walk the plans through both Planning and Building Departments and make sure our plans are approved and permitted to build before the project starts.
